Personal License
Your purchase grants you, personally, a non-transferable license to read The AI Tax through the online reader at theaitax.app. This license is for your individual use only. Every page you view is watermarked with your email address and order number and is traceable to your account.
Prohibited Uses
You may not share your login credentials, export or download the work for redistribution, screenshot or reproduce any portion for the purpose of sharing, or repost any part of this work in any medium. These actions are violations of U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 501) and of these Terms.
Enforcement
Infringement may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may expose you to statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work for willful infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c), along with referral to legal counsel.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
